Peacefullness

I went on a short trip to the Snæfellsnes peninsula. The aim was to photograph the reflection of the magnificent glacier capped volcano on the tip of the peninsula. Unfortunately the weather was overcast and I never saw the volcano. I was pretty bummed about having driven all the way without being able to capture what I wanted.
But as often when you least expect it something interesting pops up. These swans swimming together on the smooth lake in the twilight really made my day.
