Cold River
Húsafell, W-Iceland
The cold weather of fall has changed the usual brown color of the glacier rivers to a much nicer blue color. The narrow gorge recently cut through a lava field was really interesting as was the color contrast between the cold water and the warm colors of the sky. Here decided on a average exposure length of 2 seconds which created a sense of motion while still keeping the nice structures in the water visible.
